The 9th- day of my On-The-Job-Training (OJT) at NDDU - IBED Lagao was awesome, we have another task that we've done. We have the knowledge to arranged the important papers in the office and checked those files if it is still existing to make sure that all of the 4th- Year students in School Year 2013- 2014 have files. We helped each other for us to do our task easily. The other was designated to read the names of the students and the other person was designated to checked the file from the cabinet.
Our OJT- Supervisor told us to work professionally, and avoid making errors in working those papers for us not to waste our time. We should use our common sense in working in the field we choose.
I learned how to listened and how to follow carefully the instructions and rules made by the one who was assigned to supervised us in our On-The-Job-Training (OJT). On the other hand, I felt disappointed to those who were not following the proper instructions and simple rules. But still, in the end of the day, we were learning little by little.
