My Short Term Goal and Long Term goal

As I meditating upon my goal in life there is one thing that I ever knew that can give me hint to have a goal in life and that is God. One day I'll pray that God make me as good as he is, although I am not perfect like him but I'll going to try my best to be like him.

My short term goal in life is to have a happy life being with my family, to have a good business soon that could help us to grow and to share blessing to the other people, to be successful psychology students and become a good preacher tomorrow. My goal in life was quiet simple and most likely it is not for myself alone but for the other also. I don't want to be selfish inline in my goal in life I'll just want to become successfully good Christian. My short term goal is to have a good time with my self, family and my love once. As a graduating student I was not afraid if ever I don't have work in the company or any industries, because I have already fixed my goal is to work in accordance with the will of God. Working in the church is my goal in life, no matter what happen I'm going to serve the Lord.

My 5th week of my On-The-Job training at the City Hall of Gensan

This is my 5^th week of my On-The-Job training at the City Hall of Gensan and my task becomes a routine every day. My task that assign for me was finding 201 files, RRD files, receiving incoming communication files and forwarding important communication files. The good thing is my job was great and not be boring anymore because there are many people that I encountered each day.

This week I really work 8 hours or  more because as the Notre Dame of Dadiangas University celebrate the University week 2014, so that I can go to work early in the morning and out at the 5 o’clock in the afternoon. The task that assigned to me was now very easy for me, because every day I’ve done those tasks by my supervisor assigned to me also. Thus, for this week I felt so great and I performed well in my job.

I learned how to love my work  and this is the main secret to be able to performed better in the work place is to love your wok and do some excellent. So that your Boss can view your performance as good as you are, great as you are and make your job trusted by your boss.

My Fourth week of on-the-job training at City Hall General Santos City

People learned step by step and can do better if they master their task in the workplace and those task become one of your expertise. No matter what it is but the important thing is, you enjoy what you’ve doing and you can perform well to serve the people need your help.

My fourth week of my On-The-Job training was great for me because I could master my entire task and I ready to perform a big work soon. This week I was assigned to be a messenger, forwarding some important information to the different department in the city hall of gensan. I find it easy because I have my copy of every department that I’ve going to deliver the information, I was thankful because ma’am Den company really help me to familiarized the assigned task to me.

This is my 4^th week of my On-The-Job training at the City Hall of Gensan and I know I am capable enough to face those big tasks in the workplace. I learned some important things from my On-The-Job training at the City Hall of Gensan that learning from my job is become so easy if you have the confident in yourself, especially in your ability to do your task. I learned also to love my work because this is the task that the manager assign to me so that I’m going to perform better and more next time.

Happy Valentines Day To "Yvanna Fatima & Joshua Angelo

Today is a valentine’s day also called hearts day, this event one of the best day ever especially for those who felt true love with their love ones.  

This morning I pray that St. Valentine may intercede us for all our prayers to God. May God bless us a happy life and more blessing to come as we start building our own family. Thanks be to God and Saint Valentines Pray for us. Amen

Yvanna Fatima Econar "Goin Bulilit"

This morning "wala akong maisip kaya ito na lang pinagtripan ko. Cute din naman and pictures ni Yvanna nitong bata pa sya. 

Childhood memories are very important in our life even though it is already buried in the past but we can still commemorate those events in our life and until now we can get a sort of lessons to encourage ourselves to continue living in this world. Those past memories can give us energy to strengthen our self-confidence to deal with a difficulties in life and boost our self actualization. This means that people can make better if she or he has a high level of self actualization in life, and this drive came from their childhood memories. She can make more and more because she have a good experiences in her past that lead her to become more competitive to deal the real events in life.

My Third week of on-the-job training at City Hall General Santos City

For almost three weeks of on-the-job training at City Hall General Santos City I was Finally adjust with the ambiance in the office. I start those task that I've always expected, even though that I can't performed well but gradually I was feel great to my task. However, the task I've assign and those word that I've done is quite easy for them, but I always put it into my mind that as days goes by I'm going to masters those hard task. And I know that there is nothing to worry about this because I'll just practicing of what I have learned from my studies especially in my field of Psychology. 

This week I have learned lot of thing from my on-the-job training at City Hall General Santos City that don't stop thinking positively to your work, even though you find it hard. Just keep on working what task assign to you just smile and put away those neurotic behaviour that you've encountered in life. I know, I have Little nervous about it but I have a BIG self confident that always says that you can do it if you try. Just do it, nothing is impossible in this world if you gonna do it by your self with all a faith in your mind and heart.

There are many words to say, but wala akong maisip kasi hindi kita iniisip kasi naman ini-ibig kita. BOOM!!! I wish that everything’s going to be okay and more blessing to come. I know, one of your greatest wishes is to finish your studies and to be happy being with me always. Sorry if there is a sometimes that I hurt you but I just want to say I AM VERY SORRY I'll hope you understand that's part also my being imperfect. Thanks for being there, for being my inspiration. Thanks for your love and for being who you are. Just Stay as good as you are right now whatever things that bothered in your mind just take it away, always remember that I've chose you to be my one in only cause I love YOU Yvanna Fatima.

My Second week of on-the-job training at City Hall General Santos City

My second week of On-the-job training was great and I'm finally understand those thing that I’ve never know in my first week at City Hall General Santos city. When I started working with my co-workers I was felt a little nervous because’ probably I’m scared of making mistake in every steps I made. I admit it’s very hard from the first time but if could try and give all your best to your work, surely you can do it.  

As a newly hire trainee I was always looking for a new task in every day but the task from the first until now is all the same. You know, it is quite hard to my part that this is not my desire to work for but it is ok because I have many realization that comes to my mind while I'm observed the work place there.

However, if my manager is giving me another task, I’m always ready for that even it is very hard ‘because I know I can do it. I do believe in myself that I can do those things that they are doing and that is the lesson I've learned while I'm making my task as a part of the human resource management office of city hall.

The Story of Princes Yvanna Fatima

Once upon a time there was a beautiful princes name Yvanna, she was born in the land of Polomolok, South Cotabato. She was the youngest daughter and the only person that very awesome. 

One day, he meet a boy name Jhon, he was great man and kilabot nang Polomolok. Princes Yvanna felt inlove with him and they live ever after.. " kapoya mag isip og story uy..haha

My Daily Log Day 18th in NDDU - IBED Lagao

The 18th- day of my On-The-Job-Training (OJT) at NDDU - IBED Lagao was simple and humble for me, because everyone is preparing for the Christmas party. I went to the school at exactly 8:00 am in the morning and I'm so proud and thankful that God brought me in the school safe and sound. This day we only stay again in the guidance office to entertain the people who going to enter the office. It so simple thing but Its ok because I happy.

My Daily Log Day 17th in NDDU - IBED Lagao

The 17th- day of my On-The-Job-Training (OJT) at NDDU - IBED Lagao was good because we have enough time to relaxed and we only waiting for the task that would be assign in every one of us. This very day I only stay in the guidance office to watch the people who enter the guidance office I am just like a security guard but its ok for because I enjoy working with them.

I learned this day how to enjoy the task even if it is very easy or difficult but the most important thing is, how you learn from it. Lastly, I would like to say thank to everyone, to my co- trainees and to our beloved supervisors Ma'am Gemma and Oyet for the kindness upon us.

My Weekly Journal - 4th Week of OJT at NDDU - IBED Lagao

This week is my 4th week of On-the-job Training and many this would happened. As I start making this I'm going to share with you my feeling about this 4th week on training, honestly the I really enjoy the moment in the NDDU- IBED Lagao being with my co- trainees and also with our supervisor ma'am Gemma and ma'am Oyet. More of this, I already experienced the individual counseling with third year high school student of Saint James. I found out he is very good student that could understand the lessons very well he also easily come up with his studies. He encountered difficulties to his subjects particularly from Science and English subject, he find it hard because he can't focus to the lesson well because he always falling asleep in the classroom. According to him he going to sleep at 12 mid night and he able to woke up 5 am in the morning. So, he lacking of sleep at night. The reason he can't sleep it is because he want to play computer games and that is the main reason why he is always falling asleep in the classroom.

All over I learned this week to listened into other person's problems and try to understand them even if it is really hard. As a former guidance counselor I need to listened carefully to the students queries because they really want to share their problems specially the person who want to listened and understand them.

My Daily Log Day 16th in NDDU - IBED Lagao

The 16th- day of my On-The-Job-Training (OJT) at NDDU - IBED Lagao was just okay, and I can't say that it's all the same because for me every day is new day; new day of obligation, work, duties, task and life experiences. This day we only have to talk with my co- trainees at the kiosk of the school while waiting for the Ma'am Gema ans Oyet. They told us that we need to have a group counselling on tuesday in the morning because of that we are so excited to face the student who have encountered many problems in their study. 

My Daily Log Day 15th in NDDU - IBED Lagao

The 15th- day of my On-The-Job-Training (OJT) at NDDU - IBED Lagao was not busy cause' we only wait the time coming end. We a little task to be done but for us we're always looking for new task to be done. We understand because the entire teacher is really busy at that time for the visitation of the International Organization for Standardization (ISO). So, we are staying in the guidance office also for their coming and despite for that, we need to be alert because as learners of being a guidance counsellor we need also to act professional. 

I learned from that day to be silent and think of that thing that we've done from the school. I also learned that learning from silent is quite good. You could think deeply and your mind creates an idea that helps you to grow up.

My Daily Log Day 14th in NDDU - IBED Lagao

This day I don't have any difficult assignments, slightly i felt very relaxing and just stay in the guidance office to wait some assignment to be done. So, despite of being time is spending we no a assignments we gathered together in the guidance office and we talk each other so that we have a an open forum just a simple conversation. I think we practice to developed our relationship in the workplace so we could work together and help each other. Honestly our day is not useless because we still learned from our own sharing with our life experiences. It is better to have this kind of session for the rest of the day than to stay put and just wait for the end of time. This a best way to learn some thing that we don't have to expect. We talk each other, first about our love life and the behaviour towards our especial someone but there is one person can't relate because she doesn't experience to have a "Uyab". But still she listen of what we have to share in the group. I learned this day to listen from my co- trainees and there is one thing that I discovered from the girls. It so interesting because most of the girls are all the same attitudes towards their boyfriends. They must prefer to share their past love life than to share the love life of their present boyfriend.

My Daily Log Day 13th in NDDU - IBED Lagao

The 13th- day of my On-The-Job-Training (OJT) at NDDU - IBED Lagao was awesome, I've have done many things. This day I and my co-trainees already experience a group counselling and individual counselling. For me, this was awesome because as trainees I really felt the essence of being a guidance counsellor. As a former guidance counsellor I highly appreciated that I've done all these things, sooner I'll become a Professional guidance counsellor so that I have a many ideas to handle a difficult situation. As of now, I go for the individual counselling with the third year high school students name Caiaphas. I found out that is a good student, smart and easily could get the lesson well, even he is not listening to the class but he still can answer to all the questions given by the teachers. He got a problems from his grades but for him he really confident enough to pass his subject right now.

I learned from what I have done this day that when the student got a low grades or got a low score in the class it because there is a reason behind and that’s the exactly point that the teachers would need to know. Sometimes the teachers fail to understand the behaviour of the students and it because they don't have enough knowledge about Psychology.

My Weekly Journal - 3rd Week of OJT at NDDU - IBED Lagao

This week is so great experiences for me, many thing are happened, a lot of task that well done, thanks to Ma'am Oyet and Ma'am Gemma for giving as a good assignments. There is one thing that I really learned from them that we need to act professional. So that the essence of Professionalism is still there, even though I have a mistakes but its ok because I learned from it. Learning from work is not easy, learning from people behaviour is not that easy, dealing with other people in not easy but learning from them is very easy if you have the desire to learned from what have done great things from them. 

My Daily Log Day 12th in NDDU - IBED Lagao

The 12th- day of my On-The-Job-Training (OJT) at NDDU - IBED Lagao was amazing, we have a task to administer the first year high school students. According to our survey as we've done conduct the guidance survey about their problems we found that the students there are lack of discipline and they don't want to listen to the teachers while we telling them the instructions. Thought I am the one who assigned to administered to them, I am also the one who to give them an explanation of what they written in the survey questionnaire. This is my first time that I'm going to face them and also to give them a clarification to their problems that they encounter in life. I learned and I learned again from this class, even though they are very noisy but its ok because I tried my best to understand their behaviour. For me, first year high school is just preparation for the higher level of school life. It is normal that they act like that because this stage they try also to adjust from their elementary level. Lastly, I'm so happy to have a great and awesome experience with them no matter how noisy they are but as a former guidance counsellor I really understand them as I all knew we have our individual differences.
